LDpe has developed a number of instruments that support individual and team development
processes, for instance:
- The Leadership Assessment Toolbox, a framework for awareness and systematic reflection
on the effectiveness of leadership behaviour; the questionnaire is based on SHL's
OPQ assessment system;
- A 360° interaction model, supporting the Collaborative Leadership Workshop.
